3. Mean word MAHESA :
Mahesa come from Ianguage Indramayu having meaning " Buffalo", very strong animal, and always serve at its sir, like all farmer. Therefore Mahesa Institute expected to become strong and sturdy institute and also always serve at society.

4. The process of initial establishment Mahesa Institute:

• Founded by 3 people, 1 person is the owner and the 2 people who have discipline in English.
• At the time of first operation, Mahesa Institute have 1 class (room property Bpk Solichan), 1 program (General English Course / GEC), 2 teachers (S. Habib Nasihin Ag and Andrian Dwi Ijawanto, A. Md), and 7 students.
• Departure from the rental place, the next few months and then developed into some of the program (Program Regular's GEC program, Conversation, Translation, Writing, Listening and TOEFL) and the Regular Program running smoothly, then several years later opened Intensive Program (Basic Grammar I, II, Basic Grammar, Basic Speaking I, II Basic Speaking, Active Speaking and Holiday), with the addition of some class as well.
• With the rapid development of the status of the building and land rent, and Mahesa Institute to be able to build their own building, and have a surplus compared with the other courses, have the laboratory facilities and multimedia (Tape, TV & VCD). Because the development of English in the extraordinary rapid Pare, including the mahesa institute  developed more quickly and rapidly compared with the other courses, the management started to think to make a case of learning English at the above courses with the established D2 Prodi Plus. With the goal that students / residents who learn English, both are learning and who have graduated from various courses where available, can accomodated  in place. And that was then the Institute Mahesa famous because only a few years can yield tens of thousands of people learning / students, and hundreds of students who have also be passed which all come from various islands in Indonesia.

5. Prodi
Because a process that does not and will not be presumed when the old management was obtained and the major obstacle in managing and continue in existence and sustainability of learning Mahesa Institute, the courses and Prodi, the management agreed Mahesa Institute divert management to new management or outside parties with goal the best together.
